ezSnag is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any third-party platforms, companies, or services referenced within the Service.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Your accounts on third-party platforms
• Compliance with all terms of service of those platforms
• Any actions taken using or in connection with ezSnag

You acknowledge that use of third-party platforms may involve risk, including account suspension or termination.

4. No Guarantees

The Service is provided for informational and research purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

• Earnings or income
• Access to opportunities
• Availability of any specific results
• Continued operation of any third-party service

5. Account Risk Disclaimer

You understand and agree that:

• Account bans
• Account suspensions
• Loss of access
• Loss of earnings
• Any damages resulting from use of the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheitByrd LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or account termination. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time and remove users for any reason, including misuse or violation of these Terms.

• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service

13. Payments, Subscriptions, and Fees

• Subscription fees. Access to certain features of ezSnag may require payment of a recurring subscription fee ("Subscription"). By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
• Billing cycle. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
• Authorization. By providing payment information, you authorize SheitByrd LLC and its payment processor (including, but not limited to, Stripe) to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.
• No guarantees. Payment for the Service does not guarantee any level of income, opportunity, or results.
• Commission-based fees. Certain features may include commission-based fees calculated as a percentage of opportunities or earnings identified or facilitated through the Service. Commission structures will be disclosed within the platform. You are responsible for accurate reporting where required. Commission fees are owed regardless of disputes with third parties.
• Price changes. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes apply to future billing cycles.
• Failure of payment. If payment fails or is declined, we may suspend or terminate access.
• Payment processor terms. Payments are processed through third-party providers. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and policies of the applicable payment processor.
• Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your use of the Service.

14. Refunds and Cancellations

• No refund policy. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Subscription cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No prorated refunds. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time or partial periods.
• Service dissatisfaction. Dissatisfaction with results, earnings, or performance does not entitle you to a refund.

15. Chargebacks and Disputes

• Fraudulent chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution may be considered a violation of these Terms.
• Account termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with disputes or chargebacks.
• Collection of fees. We reserve the right to recover any outstanding fees, including costs associated with chargebacks, collections, or disputes.

16. Enforcement and Account Restrictions

• Prohibited use. You agree not to use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, violates the terms of any third-party platform, circumvents or interferes with safeguards, or misuses the Service in ways not intended by SheitByrd LLC.
• Company discretion. SheitByrd LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether any use of the Service violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.
• Suspension and termination. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected misuse or abuse, violation of these Terms, or behavior that may create risk, liability, or harm.
• No liability for enforcement. SheitByrd LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or consequences resulting from suspension, restriction, or termination of your account.
• No refund upon termination. Accounts terminated or suspended for violations of these Terms are not eligible for refunds.
